ZXXC-10A Power Transformer Degaussing Analyzer is a dedicated
device for eliminating the remanence of large Power transformers
with demagnetization and verification demagnetization functions. It
plays a very important role in protecting the transformer from the
impact of inrush current, safe operation and prolonging transformer
life.
This instrument is a new type of demagnetization analyzer
independently developed by our company. The new compound current
method can not only degausse the transformer quickly, but also
quantify the remanence detection. Detection of remanence and
elimination of remanence are completed automatically in one time.
For three-phase transformer, only one phase can be degaussed, more
time saving and high efficiency.
1. The instrument adopts a new ac/DC frequency conversion
attenuation principle;
2. Flexible test wiring, only for any phase demagnetization can
achieve the purpose of demagnetization;
3. With automatic steady current judgment, 16-bit AD data
acquisition and processing functions;
4. One-button test, optional: one-button strong, standard and fast
demagnetization mode;
5. Fast demagnetizing: demagnetizing is reduced from the
traditional 30 minutes to the minimum 2 minutes;
6. Obvious demagnetization effect - increased from 80% to more than
90% in a single time;
7. Simple wiring.
8. The interface adopts LCD screen, which is clear and intuitive;
9. It is suitable for eliminating residual magnetism before
operation of large power transformers and transformers above 35kV;
Especially for 330kV and above voltage level of large capacity
transformers;
10. The product is small in size and light in weight, so it is very
suitable for the site.
