ZXMD-2000 Intelligent SF6 Density Relay Calibrator uses a high-precision pressure sensor and a high-speed A / D
converter, combined with a 32-bit high-performance microprocessor
to perform performance verification on various SF6 density relays,
and can accurately measure the pressure value at the current
temperature when the signal is activated. It can convert any
ambient temperature to the standard pressure at 20 ℃, and can
immediately print and store the test data for reference, and at the
same time automatically identify the faults during the test. This
product is easy to carry, simple to operate, high in test accuracy,
strong in stability and good in reliability, reflecting the
"intelligent" characteristics of the instrument.
Features
1. High-performance 16-bit single-chip microcomputer is used for
detection and control. The core components are imported components
with high precision, good repeatability and high reliability.
2. Equipped with a monochrome LCD screen and a soft keyboard
man-machine interface, the operation is simple and the interface is
beautiful. All parameters and status are clear at a glance.
3. The pressure measurement and 20°C value conversion are completed
automatically, thus completing the dynamic automatic compensation
between pressure and temperature. It also displays the pressure at
the measured ambient temperature, the pressure at 20°C, and the
ambient temperature. Completely solved the problem of SF6 gas
density relay on-site calibration is difficult.
4. All testing processes are automatically completed by the
single-chip microcomputer without manual intervention, avoiding the
cumbersome manual gas path adjustment operation.
5. Data collection sound prompt function, the instrument will send
out a beep prompt every time a data is recorded.
6. Can store 32 test results at the same time, and have power-off
data protection function, can query and print the previous test
results at any time.
7. With the function of communication with the computer, the data
can be uploaded to the computer through the 232 communication port

report.
8. No constant temperature room is required during the calibration
process, and the SF6 gas density relay and pressure gauge can be
verified within any effective temperature range.

disassembly.

instrument also has a 20 ℃ pressure gauge calibration and normal
temperature pressure gauge calibration functions.
