ZX-BRY01 transformer winding deformation tester

PRODUCT DESCRIBTION:

The ZX-BRY01 transformer winding deformation tester is to quantify the response change of the internal winding parameters of the transformer in different frequency domains, and then determine according to the magnitude of the change amount, the amplitude of the frequency response, the change of the regional and frequency response. The degree of change of the internal winding of the transformer, and then it can be judged according to the measurement result whether the transformer has been seriously damaged and whether overhaul is required.

For the running transformer, no matter whether the frequency domain characteristic map is saved in the past, the degree of fault can be judged by comparing the difference of the characteristic map between the coils of the faulty transformer. Of course, if the original winding characteristic map of the transformer is saved, it is easier to provide a more accurate and powerful basis for the operation of the transformer, post-accident analysis and maintenance.

The instrument consists of a notebook computer and a single-chip microcomputer to form a high-precision measurement system. The structure is tight, the operation is simple, and the test analysis function is relatively complete. It can be operated by itself according to the instruction manual or after short-term training.
