Features:
1. The transformer winding deformation tester consists of a
measurement part and an analysis software part. The measurement
part is controlled by a high-speed microcontroller, consisting of
signal generation and signal measurement. The measurement part uses
a USB interface to connect to a tablet or laptop.
2. During the test, only the connection busbar of the transformer
needs to be removed, and all tests are completed without suspending
or disassembling the transformer.
3. The instrument has a variety of frequency linear sweep
measurement systems to measure the measurement functions. The
linear sweep measurement scanning frequency is up to 10MHz. The
frequency sweep interval can be divided into 0.25kHz, 0.5kHz and
1kHz, providing more analysis of the transformer deformation.
4. The instrument has a high degree of intelligence and is easy to
use. It has various functions such as automatic range adjustment
and automatic sampling frequency adjustment.
5. The software adopts the Windows platform and is compatible with

6. Provide historical curve comparison analysis, multiple
historical curves can be loaded at the same time to observe, and
any curve can be selected for horizontal and vertical analysis. It
is equipped with an expert intelligent analysis and diagnosis
system, which can automatically diagnose the status of the
transformer winding, and load 6 curves at the same time. The
relevant parameters of each curve are automatically calculated, and
the deformation of the winding is automatically diagnosed, giving a
reference conclusion for diagnosis.
7. The software management function is powerful, fully considering
the needs of on-site use, and automatically saves environmental
conditions parameters to provide a basis for the transformation
winding deformation diagnosis. The measurement data is
automatically saved and has color printing function, which is
convenient for users to issue test reports.
8. The software has obvious humanized characteristics. The various
conditions for measurement are mostly options. The detailed
parameters of the transformer can be saved for diagnostic
reference, and there is no need to input them on site. Modification
information can be added later, which is more convenient to use.
9. The software is highly intelligent. After the input and output
signals are connected, the conditional parameters can be set to
complete all measurement work, and the historical waveform curve
can be opened during the measurement at any time for comparison and
observation and stop measurement.
10. The measurement time of each phase is less than 60 seconds. The
winding deformation measurement of a power transformer with high,
medium and low windings (capacity and voltage levels are not
limited), will take no more than 10 minutes.
11. When measuring the transformer, the connector can place the
signal input and output leads at will, without affecting the
measurement results. The connector can stay on the transformer fuel
tank without having to come down to reduce labor intensity.
12. The three-phase fully automatic measurement method can be used
to connect the three-phase measurement lines at one time. There is
no need to change the lines after one phase each time to
automatically complete the three-phase measurement and
automatically save the measurement results.
